You'll be fine. Google permits one account per person or "entity" like a corporation or LLC. That will give you options later if you feel you need them. Lovely harmonies! It seems like everyday, I'll get this huge, grandiose idea that I'm going to invent, build, or more relevantly, blog on. I'll spend a day creating a compelling intro to the idea, and then I'll start researching...overwhelming research, and like you mentioned, getting wrapped up trying to create back links. My creator's high quickly turns into defeated discouragement, I convince myself that it won't work, and I hatch the next "great idea" to make myself feel better. Repeat cycle.
