You can find Fraser by going to the keyword academy. That's where he posts all his stuff related to what he does. He is very helpful.

Fraser had a post I read about a month back that described his strategy, in which he ultimately aims to dominate every nook and cranny of his niche by building a freakishly large authority site. I believe at the time of the thread, he said he was up to 2,000 posts on his site. Skinny Ninja, who I'm sure you've seen on the boards, is doing the same thing...massive posting as opposed to active back linking strategies.

I know Fraser is also a huge proponent of using link bait sticky pages (write an exceptionally well researched, polished, unique and useful guide in hopes that people will link to it naturally and build up the site strength). I think this is a great idea, especially if you have any social networking clout as a bonus to give it a boost. I suppose ideally, everything on the Internet should be polished and informative...

I'm not knocking Fraser or Skinny - they're both making a hell of a lot more money than I am, and their methods work, but I think they could be doing it better (or at least more lucratively). I know I'm just a nobody, but I also know two things about them - they don't outsource, and with the exception of blog carnivals (which I've heard can be effective), and they don't actively backlink. I don't see why they can't combine the best of both worlds (back linking AND massive posting campaigns).

I think if it were me, and I was to the point where my authority site had 1000-2000 posts, and like Fraser, I was making over $5K/month, I would outsource at least half my content, and focus on adding backlinks to my site. Even with my own minimal backlinking efforts, I've noticed a huge difference on my sites in the past two months. You may run the risk of getting sandboxed if you get too aggressive, but in the long run, I'd have to imagine that 1000 extra links on a 1000 post site would send your revenue flying.

Just my opinion...

Anyway, don't let that Matt from Brisbane d-bag thread flamer get you down, man. Judging by his comments, he clearly didn't take an extra two seconds to even read your whole post.

Oh well, I suppose I should thank him...the Internet would be a lot less interesting if it were jackass free.

I'll try to find time to write about this tomorrow. Indeed most 'work at home' schemes, like envelope stuffing, are plain and simple, scams, Better to start a web site reviewing and selling envelope stuffing machines, they are simple and cheap these days.

But the market for real work at home jobs is really wide open. Those who don't try to sell envelope stuffing jobs try to sell get rich quick ebooks about blogging or internet marketing ... but many people out there aren't attuned tothat at all. Let me give two suggestions here.

Can you use a phone? Most of us can. How many places have you been where someone gets paid to sit at a desk and answer the phone, set appointments, call people to remind them, etc.? Every one of those is a possibility.

How many people reading here speak Englsh .. many, correct? In China alone there are 3 billion people anxious to learn and/or practice their English. You don't have to be a degreed teacher to coach people in conversational English ... and both those jobs are portable ... you can do them anywhere there is an Internet and a phone line.

So now what is stopping you?
